Years ago I was not aware of my inner choice. I got happy or sad depending on what happened around me. That was how everyone else behaved so why should I be any different?
I found subtle ways to let people know they were responsible for my suffering. But deep down I knew something wasn’t quite right because I never really felt comfortable blaming or attacking others. My strong desire to be authentic and kind to myself and others led me to experience that I am responsible for my feelings and my perception– not just sometimes but always!
